Renée earned her degree in Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia in 2001, following the completion of two prior degrees. Initially, she pursued a BSc in Biochemistry with honors from St. Francis Xavier University in 1996, demonstrating her early passion for scientific inquiry. Building upon this foundation, Renée attained a Master's degree in Pharmacology and Neuroscience from Dalhousie University in 1998, further honing her expertise in the intricate workings of the human body.

Upon graduation, she practiced general physiotherapy within a private practice setting. Here, she skillfully assessed musculoskeletal injuries across diverse age groups, addressing issues arising from various activities, be it work-related, recreational, or stemming from motor vehicle accidents. Renée also dedicated herself to enhancing the lives of children with developmental challenges, amassing invaluable experience in pediatric conditions.

In 2010, Renée brought her wealth of experience and expertise to the Coastal Hand Clinic team, where she specialized in upper extremity rehabilitation. Her commitment to excellence led her to attain certification as a Hand Therapist in 2013, solidifying her status as a trusted authority in her field.

Outside of work, Renée finds joy in her role as a mother to three beautiful children. Together, they enjoy family outings aboard their boat and love to do various outdoor activities, gathering memories amidst nature.

Renee works Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
